Programme of Competition for a new city hall

Similar to a request for proposals, this programme, titled, "Programme of Competition for the Selection of an Architect for the Erection of a New City Hall, Winnipeg, Man.", invites architects and architectural firms to bid for the contract to construct a new city hall. It contains information about design and administrative requirements, as well as funding, and includes a rough map of the new city hall's location. This iteration of a new city hall was never built and the project was scrapped.

A survey conducted by J.D. Woods and Gordon Limited and submitted to the Special Committee on Efficiency at the request of City of Winnipeg Engineer W.D. Hurst with the purpose of comparing Winnipeg's refuse collection services to a similar survey conducted by the University of California.
The survey examines several refuse collection routes and draws conclusion about their efficiency and costs. The survey makes reference to appendices, such as the initial letter sent by Hurst, but no appendices are attached.

Organizational Development of the City of Winnipeg

A report prepared by Thomas J. Plunkett, who was the chief advisor on the amalgamation of the Greater Winnipeg Metropolitan Area. The report was created to aid Council members with organizational questions Plunkett assessed they would be confronted with. He described it as a first attempt at setting out a working model of the organizational development of the newly unified City of Winnipeg.
