Series consists of communications and detailed reports from City Departments noting the names of all City employees, identifying in particular married women employed by the City and City employees who were not residents of the City. The records are contained in one folder and cover the period July - September of 1924.

A [partial?] transcript of a meeting of the Special Committee on Investigation of the Fire Department held on March 5, 1920, in which the committee was hearing suggestions for ways to improve the efficiency of the Fire Department. Several firemen let go during the General Strike used this as an opportunity to voice their dissent.
