The fonds consists of a small sample of records typically created and administered by an insurance company in the early years of the twentieth century. Of note are copies of the architectural plans for the company’s head office in Winnipeg, and a guest book from the November 1, 1957 Open House, complete with photographs of the facility, equipment and staff.

Forms part of Collection 9: Series consists of reports, speeches and pamphlets created or acquired by Chief Commissioner Richard Frost during his tenure with the Board of Commissioners of the City of Winnipeg. The records are in chronological order. Also included are communications and reports with file codes and communications and reports without associated file codes.
