A [partial?] transcript of a meeting of the Special Committee on Investigation of the Fire Department held on March 5, 1920, in which the committee was hearing suggestions for ways to improve the efficiency of the Fire Department. Several firemen let go during the General Strike used this as an opportunity to voice their dissent.
