A scrapbook of photographs taken by Corporal John Wallace of Winnipeg in April, 1940. The scrapbook is 9 pages consisting of 48 photographs, 2 of which are loose. The photographs depict Fort Osborne Barracks, Old St. Paul’s College, the Memorial Boulevard area, Gladstone MB, and fellow soldiers Wallace was acquainted with, as well as their families. The scrapbook is annotated and is accompanied by notes written by Wallace explaining some of the photos and those featured in them. Some photos are missing.
