Biographical history

Martin Berman grew up in Winnipeg but moved to Toronto to raise his family. He collected his first postcard on March 15, 1985. His goal was to collect postcards of Winnipeg and rural Manitoba.

Custodial history

Donated to the City of Winnipeg Archives by the Berman family, PR2016-10.

Scope and content

Collection consists of postcards of Winnipeg and rural Manitoba between 1900 and 1940.
