The records document the process of managing elections including the development of voting procedures, sample ballots and forms, the identification of sites for polls, hiring and training of election workers, complaints, and public notices and publicity for elections.

Lists were compiled using assessment information. Lists are arranged by ward and poll and offer limited information such as the names of all those eligible to vote.
